1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.

2. Cancellation by Client

If the client chooses to cancel the booking, the following charges will apply:

• More than 30 days before the event: Refund of advance after deduction of administrative charges.
• Less than 30 days before the event: Full booking amount will be chargeable.

3. Rescheduling / Date Change

• Date changes are subject to venue availability.
• Advance payments may be adjusted to the new date.
• Price revisions may apply if rates differ.

4. Cancellation by Venue

In rare circumstances where the venue must cancel:

• The client will receive a full refund of payments made.
• The venue will not be liable for indirect losses.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to conduct the event on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in no refund.

6. Vendor & Service Arrangements

If external vendors (florist, decorator, caterer, etc.) are booked:

• Vendor cancellation policies will apply separately.
• The venue is not responsible for vendor refunds.

7. Refund Processing

For cancellation of the booking, the client has to contact the office by:

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via NEFT. Refunds shall be processed strictly in favor of original booking name and shall be credited exclusively to the same account, payment source or bank details used for the original transaction.
